TBH Properties LLC was founded to give property owners in Southern Oregon an alternative to distant, corporate management companies. Based out of Williams, Oregon, we manage homes and rental properties with the same care and attention we'd want for our own — showing up, answering the phone, and treating tenants and owners like neighbors instead of ticket numbers.
